Yes, once your address book is created, you “Confirm” your order before going to the hospital. This confirmation process provides you with a personal Order Number, and a PIN Number. When your baby is born, simply call the SnappyBaby switchboard at (800_________), follow the phone prompts, input your Order and PIN Numbers, record your birth facts, push the voice prompt provided “SEND” command, and your birth announcement is sent automatically to everyone on your list.BACK TO QUESTIONS

Who should I get to make the phone call and record my baby’s birth facts?
IIt could be anyone you choose. Some couple’s designate the new father, an in-law or even a close friend. The choice is up to you – just remember, sending out a SnappyBaby birth announcement is so easy, even a husband can do it!BACK TO QUESTIONS

What time will my recipients receive my recorded birth announcement message?
If you record your message between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., your message will be sent immediately. Messages recorded after 9:00 pm, will be sent out at 8:00 a.m. the next morning.BACK TO QUESTIONS

What will my email message look like?
SnappyBaby has several email templates to choose from. These templates are setup for you to easily type in your personal text message. Also, your recorded birth announcement voice message containing all of your baby's birth facts will be played within the email.BACK TO QUESTIONS

How do I know if my birth announcement call and email went out?
SnappyBaby’s birth announcement is 100% trackable. Once the call is made, SnappyBaby automatically sends you an email that lets you track the status of the call and emails delivered. You can track the time that the phone calls were, answered, and if they were answered by a human or an answering machine or voicemail. Can I still add recipients to my Address Book once I “Confirm” my order?
Yes. You can continue to add recipients all the way up until you leave for the hospital…or up to the last minute. The “Confirm” button simply generates your personal Order and PIN Numbers for making the phone call.

No! Even if your baby is born and you record your announcement in the middle of the night, the SnappyBaby phone system will wait and deliver your message the next morning. On the Member Login box, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Then, enter the email address that you used to create your SnappyBaby account and click the "Continue" button. An email with your username and password will be sent to that email account.TOP

Where can I see My Account information?
To see your account information, click the main "My Account" link in the upper right corner and then click the "My Profile" link. There you can manage all of your account information.TOP

How can I check the status of my delivered announcement?
Click the "My Account" link in the upper right and then the "Delivered Birth Announcements" link. TOP

How can I reset my password?
Click the "My Account" link in the upper right and then the "My Profile" link. Type your new password in the field labeled "Password". Make sure to click "Continue" after you are done to save your changes.TOP

I'm having trouble with my Birth Announcement order.
