How can I customize my greeting?

No, you do not have to record a custom greeting, but your custom recorded message can be heard both over the phone and through the email greeting. Can I schedule Snappy Greeting?

What happens when a Snappy Greeting reaches an answering machine or voice-mail?
If your Snappy Greeting is answered by an answering machine or voice-mail, the greeting will be recorded in it’s entirety including your personal message. BACK TO QUESTIONS

What happens if there is no answer when I send a Snappy Greeting?
If the call receives no answer at all, then it will retry 1 hour later, and will retry up to 3 times. If there is no answer after this many tries, a "Failed" status will show up under "Check Status", and you will be credited back for that Snappy Greeting. BACK TO QUESTIONS
